You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Experts (smik.ai) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you publish through the Service

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules

You waive any right to participate in class actions against us.

15. Governing Law
